ABC Puppy School Registration Information

You must attend an orientation class before your puppy may begin classes. Please note that puppies must be started on their vaccination series (including kennel cough vaccination) by a veterinarian at least 10 days prior to starting classes.

Your $113 registration fee will include four puppy classes, the "Ultimate Puppy Kit ", a class folder with weekly reading assignments and additional handout.

To register, print out the registration form and mail it to us with your payment to the address on the form. If you are unable to print the form and need a copy, contact Julie Shaw by e-mail or by calling (765) 494-1107.
