Veterinarian Continuing Education The Animal Behavior Clinic at Purdue University strives to impact the veterinary community and the general public. We are committed to the continuing education of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other individuals who work with pet animals, such as trainers and groomers. Our goal is to assist the individuals in the different professions to work together in a team effort to help owners enjoy their pets and to reduce behavior-related relinquishment and euthanasia. We strive to achieve this goal by offering courses specifically targeted to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and trainers so that all these professionals can plan an effective role on a team working with pet animals. To help veterinarians to become more comfortable in diagnosing and treating behavior problems, we offer an annual course called Veterinary Behavior Seminars. Each year we address different selected behavior problem and bring in a recognized guest speaker. This course is for veterinarians and veterinary technicians only.
