Considering that,
Education of people, academic and vocational training, and a sustainable
research and education capacity are prerequisites for the process of development
of any country.
Human resources play a major role in the socio-economic and cultural development
of countries in all parts of the world.
Human resources are essential to a sustainable development in developing
countries in order to improve the living conditions of the population.
University development co-operation aims at long term cooperation with institutes
of higher education and research in developing countries focusing on the
transfer, and joint development of knowledge.
