Veterinary Management Institute

VMI is a comprehensive, "mini-MBA" program designed specifically for veterinary professionals by AAHA and Purdue. This well-established program is in its 21st year, boasting more than 600 graduates who have obtained an education that goes much deeper than the nuts-and-bolts of daily responsibilities to cover management theory and principles.

The program consists of four integrated management modules, which are three to four days each.

1. Human Resource Management – the people in your practice
2. Financial Management – to ensure the profitability of your practice
3. Marketing Management – the matching of clients to services in your practice
4. Strategic Thinking – to ensure the continued success and growth of your practice
