The Office of Continuing Education
Continuing Education is the cornerstone of competent and quality clinical
practice. Current Indiana regulations require veterinarians to earn a
minimum of 40 hours of continuing education credits during the renewal
period. Veterinary technicians must earn a minimum of 16 hours of
continuing education credits during the renewal period. The School of
Veterinary Medicine offers a wide variety of Continuing Education
experiences for veterinarians and veterinary technicians including
traditional lectures, laboratories, practitioner sabbaticals, and
