It is easy to join!

Step 1. Complete an application.

Step 2. Send a gift to "Boiler Vet Club".

Family members of Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni, Employees, and Students
Gift $10 per membership for children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews only of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine alumni, employees and students. Please submit a separate form for each membership.

Open membership
Gift $15 per membership. Please submit a separate form for each membership.
If you would like to sponsor a membership but do not know of an interested youth, please indicate your willingness to donate the membership on the application form and Purdue will provide a young person of our choice with a free membership.

To pay by check:
1. Make check payable to: Purdue Foundation
2. On the memo line of your check write: Boiler Vet Club

3. Mail the check and membership application to:

  1. Go to: donate.purdue.edu
  2. Under “Online” select “Make a Onetime or Recurring Gift”.
  3. Under “Select a Designation Area” select “College of Veterinary Medicine”.
  4. Under “Other Instructions” type “Boiler Vet Club” so that we can acknowledge your gift.
  5. Mail your membership application to:
