Teaching
Dr. Breur teaches in the DVM and the veterinary technician curriculum, as well as in graduate courses in the School of Veterinary Medicine.
Research
His research is on the musculoskeletal system, with a special emphasis on the biocompatibility of orthopedic implants, arthritis and skeletal development.
Service
Dr. Breur is a small animal orthopedic/neurosurgeon in the Purdue University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, and is involved in Continuing Education on a national and international level. He maintains a Web site listing canine and feline musculoskeletal diseases with a genetic etiology.
