A great way to determine the value of the Veterinary Practice Management program is to experience it along with current students. We invite you to come to Purdue and meet with program staff, attend a class, and have lunch with our current students.

Motivation and Reward Systems: The most difficult human resource problem faced by Veterinary hospitals is motivating employees. In this session we will explore the reasons why motivation is so difficult and explore ways in which better reward systems can help. We will also discuss the role of non-monetary incentives that are important to motivation. Class session taught by Dr. David Schoorman. Earn 1 CE Credit.
