Welcome to BMS 136 - Physiology for Veterinary Technicians
II
|
This online distance learning course site has been designed to
take advantage of multimedia technology to enhance the learning
experience. The course aims to provide an overview of physiology
of mammalian body systems and general physiological processes, with
emphasis on domestic animals. |
| The site features multimedia animations
to better explain physiological processes, do-it-yourself activities
that aim to provide a virtual laboratory environment, dynamic illustrations
and movies to supplement and complement the textual subject matter.
The course content has been organized to take the student from one
level to another in a systematic manner and build their knowledge
of physiology through adequate coverage, review quizzes, exams, case-based
learning etc. A glossary provides explanations of the medical terminology
used. |
