General Information on Ordering Supplies

There are two ways in which you can order your textbooks:

1) Order your textbook through local bookstores (Barnes & Noble, Borders, Walden Books, etc.). These book stores can usually order all your books and you can pick them up within a few days (although some texts may take a couple of weeks to receive if they are “special order” texts).

2) Order your textbooks on-line from your computer.  If you have a credit card, these book sellers should be able to meet your textbook needs.  Shipping and handling costs will add to the cost of your textbook.  Dates-to-ship are usually listed for the individual books.  Some of the larger book suppliers can be found on the web at:

·        The descriptions and course costs are effective only for the semester specified. Questions for specific courses should be directed to the Instructor of Record for the course.

·        “Recommended” textbooks are those that the instructors feel will supplement the instructional material. They are not required for completion of the course.

·        Some non-textbook items may be required by instructors of individual courses. These items should be readily available through stores close to you.  Please contact the individual course instructor for questions about non-textbook items that are required for a course but not listed in this Text & Supply List.
