School of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital Small Animal Hospital Specialty Care Small Animal Community Practice About Our Services The Purdue University Small Animal Community Practice provides veterinary care to pets of Tippecanoe county residents as well as faculty, staff and students of the Purdue University West Lafayette Campus. We strive to provide high quality primary small animal veterinary care to our patients emphasizing communication, education, and service to our clients. At the same time, we operate a model of private small animal practice to allow veterinary and veterinary technician students to gain experience in primary veterinary care and client communication skills. We care for dogs and cats as well as a variety of other pet exotic animal species (ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, degus, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, lizards, snakes, birds, fish, etc.) To schedule an appointment with the Small Animal Community Practice, call 765-494-1107. We also offer emergency care for exotics after hours for our clients.
Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm Monday night clinics 5:30pm-8:30pm (1-2 nites per month) Saturday clinics 8am-12pm (noon) (2-3 Saturdays per month)
