Our receptionists play an important role in the Small Animal Hospital. They help to insure that you and your pet's visit is a pleasant experience. They do this by making sure your pet is seen on time, scheduling your pet's next appointment, answering any non-medical questions that you have, receiveing your phone calls when your pet is staying with us, and helping you understand your bill when your pet is being discharged. They understand that your pets are a part of your family, and are pleased to assist you through what may be a difficult time for you and your family.
