- motivation for application
- statement of how participation in the program will help you attain your goals
Research interest (choose from available research projects and mentors here or Purdue's areas of research emphasis)
Summary of lab experience, if any (experience not required)
CV or resume
Copy of unofficial transcript

Letters of recommendation are not needed.

*Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident*

I think it is a good way to make connections with Purdue faculty, especially if you didn't go to Purdue for undergrad.
