The Veterinary Scholars Summer Research Program provides an opportunity to explore careers in clinical, diagnostic, and basic biomedical research, work with a faculty mentor to design and conduct a summer research project, participate in weekly seminars, and more!
Summer research fellowships offer veterinary and undergraduate students the opportunity to work on independent research projects with a faculty mentor and explore non-practice careers. Students from other universities are encouraged to apply.
I think the ability to gain a mentor was so incredibly important. Not only did I learn a lot about the field I was doing my research in, but I also felt like I gained a mentor who will genuinely look out for me and has my best interest at heart.
